Full-day experiences
Hiking Highs’ team of experienced guides all have superb local knowledge, and a story to tell around every corner of the Lake district. By using us, your team will embark of a real ‘journey’ through, over or up the Lakeland Fells. We’ll take the stress out of navigating and have shorter and longer routes up our sleeves to use depending on weather conditions and fitness of the team.
Half-days in the hills
Wherever you go, we see every member shine in ways they didn't know they had. Some start to support others, some relate their previous experiences. Others will go quiet, get their head down and be on a total mission to the top. You will find unknown attributes blossom in folk as they head out onto the hills with us. That moment when they realise they ‘really can do it’ is shared by all in the group.
Scafell or Helvellyn
All 12 of our Hiking Highs guides love to have fun in the fells, not just being a leader, they will share their knowledge and skills and confidence, the feeling of freedom is truly catching, and we hope your team will feel it too. Taking your team up Helvellyn or Scafell is a slightly different ballgame, and the need for lower ratios of hikers to guides, get in touch so we can explain why?
Hiking Highs lead the walks we have at our residential conferences in Ullswater. The walks are a real highlight of the week. After several hours in a lecture room, delegates love the opportunity to get out into the hills and carry on the conversation in the fresh air and beautiful surroundings of the Lakes. Nics and the team are friendly, professional and adaptable and we know our guests are in safe hands with them.

There are many merits in taking group of managers on a hike in the Lakes. The discussions that can take place both personal and business over a full day in the awesome physical environment of the mountains. Better relationships are struck.
