Full-day experiences
A full day could take you to the top of a mountain or deep into a valley.
Your day will be tailored for the weather, your participants, and what you wish to get out of your full day.
Examples include: exploring the Martindale valley to catch glimpses of the red deer - following in the footsteps of Romans conquer High street summit at 828m - the classic long day out circumnavigating Fairfield Horseshoe and ticking off 9 summits along the way, or perhaps the walking the full Ullswater way

Half-days in the hills
End your week with a treat for the team, or coordinate with other team activities? A half day will give you a swift blast into the accessible fells.
Examples include: the stunning Angle Tarn (with glorious views of Ullswater & Helvellyn), a superb valley walk deep into the dramatic Grisedale valley with Striding edge towering above, or perhaps head for afternoon tea after walking the classic coffin trail from Ambleside to Grasmere

Scafell or Helvellyn?
Taking your team up Helvellyn or Scafell is a slightly bigger challenge. This requires the need for lower ratios of hikers to guides, get in touch so we can explain why and what it might entail
Helvellyn (England's favourite mountain) : could include the famous and technical Striding and Swirral edges
Scafell pike (Englands's highest peak) - not the typical up and down tourist route, but instead the journey along the lesser trod and more technical Corridor Route from Borrowdale

Hiking Highs lead the walks we have at our residential conferences in Ullswater. The walks are a real highlight of the week. After several hours in a lecture room, delegates love the opportunity to get out into the hills and carry on the conversation in the fresh air and beautiful surroundings of the Lakes. Nics and the team are friendly, professional and adaptable and we know our guests are in safe hands with them.

There are many merits in taking group of managers on a hike in the Lakes. The discussions that can take place both personal and business over a full day in the awesome physical environment of the mountains. Better relationships are struck. We have taken two groups this year and were admirably led by Nicola and her team. She matched the route exactly to what was required. We will use again.
